XTreme-G 163.14 XP and Vista 32bit is Released.

This has been a neat driver to play with, I XGed these and played some game and all I can say is WOW great IQ and speed for me.

This started out as a perfHUD driver, I removed that out of the drivers because one of our mods (BopChie612) had some popups about not having the perfHUD app installed.

So now they are like standard drivers, and you can make a driver faster by removing that stuff as its made a diff in the past.
